On Saturday, May 15th, Ashley Hall will have a neighborhood yard sale!
This is your chance to empty out that closet, or clean out the garage, and make a little cash in the process. By hosting a neighborhood yard sale, we’ll attract more shoppers, and potentially end up with more dollar bills at the end of the day!Yard sale will begin at 7am and will conclude at 12noon.
The Salvation Army pickup service has been scheduled and will come out after 12:30pm to pickup any items leftover that you wish to donate. They will bring tax-deductible receipts with them. Even if you don’t want to participate in the yard sale, you can have the Salvation Army pickup items while they are out here.
How You Can Help
You can help by getting the word out. Maybe you can post on your church’s community events bulletin board, or your Facebook page, inviting friends, or any other way. This can be a lot of fun.
If you think you might participate in the neighborhood yard sale, please use the email or phone contact below to let us know. This isn’t a commitment, but just to give us an idea of who all might be participating, so we can give the Salvation Army a head’s up of how many stops they might be making.

Ice Cream Social - Date to Be Announced
Some folks in the neighborhood are planning an ice-cream social, sometime June/July. This would be an opportunity to get out and meet your neighbors, and enjoy some free ice-cream! More information, including the date, to come!
